If you want to cancel the transaction after making payment successfully, the requirement is that your account in Stevbros Online must be not accessed.
- How to cancel a transaction
Download this template: TRANSACTION CANCELLATION REQUEST. Fill this template out and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “CANCELATION”. Stevbros will check your cancelation request and feedback with 2 working days
After the cancelation request is accepted by Stevbros. The amount of money you paid for the course will be reverted into your card within 7 working days.
Just email to email@example.com with subject “”COMPLAINT” for any complaint about late delivery, quality of courses, customer support, etc… during your study. Stevbros will feedback within 24 hours.
