1. CANCELATION 

- Requirements for transaction cancelation

If you want to cancel the transaction after making payment successfully, the requirement is that your account in Stevbros Online must be not accessed.

- How to cancel a transaction

Download this template: TRANSACTION CANCELLATION REQUEST. Fill this template out and email to support@stevbros.com with subject “CANCELATION”. Stevbros will check your cancelation request and feedback with 2 working days

2. REFUND 

After the cancelation request is accepted by Stevbros. The amount of money you paid for the course will be reverted into your card within 7 working days.

3. COMPLAINTS

Just email to support@stevbros.com with subject “”COMPLAINT” for any complaint about late delivery, quality of courses, customer support, etc… during your study. Stevbros will feedback within 24 hours.
