How to access the e-learning content?

Step 1: Receive Userid

You will receive userid and password to access your course via email your registered right after you enroll and make payment successfully.

Access Stevbros Online System, then input the userid and password into this screen:

 

 

 

Step 2: Open course

Then, open the course content by clicking the cource name at the red oval below:

 

 

 

Step 3: Receive certificate

The PDU certificate and the detailed guideline to claim PDU into PMI CCRS are at last part of the course content:

 

How do I know when my enrolment duration expires?
You will receive Expiration Notifications 3 times before the end date of your enrolment 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 1 week.

How to request for transaction cancelation

If you want to cancel the transaction after making payment successfully, the requirement is that your account in Stevbros Online must be not accessed.

Download this template: TRANSACTION CANCELLATION REQUEST. Fill this template out and email to support@stevbros.com with subject “CANCELATION”. Stevbros will check your cancelation request and feedback with 2 working days

How do I request a refund?
After the cancelation request is accepted by Stevbros. The amount of money you paid for the course will be reverted into your card within 7 working days.
How can I make a complaint?
Just email to support@stevbros.com with subject “”COMPLAINT” for any complaint about late delivery, quality of courses, customer support, etc… during your study. Stevbros will feedback within 24 hours.
